CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe)
In the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Indosuez Wealth Management is primarily present through its lead company CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe). The latter is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CA Indosuez. This organisation guarantees openness and ensures the synergy between our expertise on a global scale at the service of our clients.
The governance of CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe) is organised around a Board of Directors chaired by the Chief Executive Officer of Indosuez, Jacques Prost, and a management team headed by Olivier Carcy, Managing Director, Member of the CA Indosuez Management Committee and head of coordination for the Europe region excluding France. He is also Senior Country Officer for the Crédit Agricole group in Luxembourg.

A European hub
Responsible for development in the Europe region (excluding France), CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe) has developed a network of branches outside the Grand Duchy, complementary to the Group’s other historical locations in the continent, in France, Monaco and Switzerland. This local network therefore includes teams:
- In Spain, through 5 locations based in Madrid, San Sebastian, Bilbao, Valencia and Sevilla, which make up CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe), Spain Branch which serves Spanish investors;
- In Italy, through 2 locations based in Milan, Rome which make up CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe), Italy Branch, which serves Italian families and entrepreneurs;
- In Portugal, through a branch, CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe), Sucursal em Portugal, whose team is based in Lisbon, to serve clients resident in Portugal.
Specialised subsidiaries
CA Indosuez Fund Solutions, an asset management company approved by the Financial Sector Supervisory Commission (CSSF) and subsidiary of CA Indosuez, offers a comprehensive range of funds under Luxembourg law to our clients in the various locations where Indosuez Wealth Management is located throughout the world. It has its own subsidiary specialised in the management of Private Equity funds – CA Indosuez Wealth (Private Equity) – also based in Luxembourg.
