The “Step into the Shoes of…” series continues with a new episode dedicated to the roles that contribute every day to the quality of service and performance of private banking. Through employee testimonials, Indosuez offers a clear view of the expertise, responsibilities and day-to-day realities that shape the work of its teams.

Episode 2: at the heart of a role built on relationships and coordination

In this episode, we head to Monaco alongside Béatrice Bordier, who leads a team of private bankers serving an international high-net-worth clientele. Her role is highly cross-functional, bringing together colleagues across the Group and local teams to support clients, identify opportunities, help bring their projects to fruition and address complex situations by mobilising the Bank’s full expertise.

This second episode is a reminder that private banking remains, above all, a profession grounded in human relationships, trust and bespoke client support.

Through her testimony, Indosuez highlights the key qualities that underpin its teams’ commitment: listening, leadership and rigour. Its ambition is to offer clients an excellent, tailor-made service, adapted to every stage of their lives.
